Our fully-enclosed service truck runs full time on rotation and will meet you and your motorcycle at your home, your office, or commuter lot. Then, deliver it back to you when the work is complete.

Cliff's Fast Lane Service Service while you wait is limited to tires,oil changes, simple battery issues, stranded traveler, brakes if in stock or preordered, recalls if parts in stock, light bulbs, etc. During other services, many things can cause a wait to be inadvisable. It is up to Service Advisor discretion to decide if its a wait for service. We want happy customers who have had there expectations managed, but please understand that some things you think should be wait for services, aren't! We will do our best to accomadate you.

PLEASE NOTE: Courtesy BMW's are provided FREE as part of our Preferred Customer Program and are available on a First Come, First Served basis for ONE day. Requests will be taken when you schedule your appointment and we require that Courtesy motorcycles be returned if your BMW requires an extended stay.
Rainy Day Service Policy!

"If you have a scheduled service appointment and you ride in the rain to get here on time for your appointment, we'll take $15 OFF the total bill for your service.
We wouldn't be offering this except that a bunch of you fair-weather weenies have been canceling appointments just because of a little rain. Our technicians, most of whom rode in the rain to get here, are starting to take it personally! And remember, everybody benefits when our busy service schedule keeps rolling smoothly, rain or shine.
So think about it ... you only need to go to the trouble of putting on your rain suit to get 15 bucks off your service ticket! Not a bad deal, eh?"

You and your BMW - Reliable Riding
Owning a BMW motorcycle is all about Riding Time. You have invested in quality fun, so we have invested in the tools and the techs to make sure your riding days are long and enjoyable.
The key to maximizing Riding Time, as Phil, David or Bob will tell you, is due diligence in providing your BMW the proper care. This includes regularly scheduled maintenance, annual servicing and appropriate care of your bike's finish. Following this advice will reward you with safe dependable operation and years of riding enjoyment.
Maintenance Intervals
The 600 Mile Inspection allows us to check for proper 'Running-in' of your BMW. Oils are changed and numerous items (ABS sensors, brake fluid, tire condition, etc) are checked. This is an important first step in your maintenance schedule.
The 6,000 Mile Service is performed at or about 6,000 miles and each additional 12,000 miles (i.e. 18k, 30k, 42k, etc). Reading the Motronic computer, bleed testing the ABS, valve check/adjust and verifying a vehicle history are just a few examples of items performed in this service.
The 12,000 Mile Inspection should be completed at or about the 12,000 mile mark and each additional 12,000 miles thereafter (i.e. 24k, 36k, 48k etc). At this inspection we check suspension (Telelever etc), check/replace the fuel filter, check you battery acid level, check wheel bearings, verify smooth throttle operation and perform a host of other final safety and operations checks.
An Annual Service takes into account elapsed time as well as the distance you and your BMW have covered. An Annual Service ensures that maintenance items, not carried out during a BMW Service or Inspection, are performed at least once a year as a matter of prevention (e.g. replacing brake fluid to protect ABS corrosion).

General specifications, additional care and maintenance procedures are found in your Service & Technical Booklet. We will also provide you a detailed copy of the recommended maintenance schedule for your specific BMW before you leave the store.
The finish of your motorcycle will be enhanced by regular washing with approved cleaning products. AVOID the use high pressure washing systems. They can penetrate orifices and cause tremendous unseen damage.
Cover your motorcycle when not in use.
Change brake fluid annually, regardless of mileage to avoid condensation problems that are expensive to fix.
If you ride infrequently (Ya, right!), follow good storage procedures and care for your battery.
